Zach Slough’s exhibition examines post industrial America, centered on Midwestern manufacturing communities.  Slough approaches the subject using references to history and nostalgic imagery, reflecting the Midwestern ideal of craftsmanship by utilizing techniques and materials which reinforce the message of each piece. The show features works in a variety of media from watercolor to bronzes and sculpture.
The opening reception of Zach Slough’s art exhibition Ain’t that America will be at Terminal 136 on Thursday, April 5th, 2018 from 6pm until 9pm. Open First Friday, April 6th, 2018 from 6pm until 9pm.
Terminal 136 is free and open to the public.
Gallery hours: First Thursday & First Friday: 6pm until 9 pm
All other Thursdays through Saturdays: 12pm until 5pm
