<p>Celebrate the Latin side of Jazz with international recording artist and Master percussionist-Georgie Padilla. Georgie Padilla leads an all-star ensemble as they pay tribute to Tito Puente, Mongo Santamaria, and other pioneers of Latin Jazz.</p>
<p>Born in New York City, and raised in Guayanilla, Puerto Rico, Georgie Padilla recently celebrated 40 years as a professional musician, arranger, vocalist, and educator. He has an impressive list of recording and arranging credits with ma<span class="text_exposed_show">ny artists including Ruben Blades, Gilberto Santa Rosa, Jerry Rivera, Sonora Ponce&ntilde;a, Tito Gomez, and a host of many other Salsa and Latin Jazz luminaries. </span></p>

<p>Georgie participated in Cheo Feliciano&rsquo;s live recording and video production at the world famous Tropicana Club in Havana, Cuba. He has toured internationally as a featured soloist with Frankie Ruiz, Richie Ray, and Bobby Cruz, among many others.</p>
<p>Georgie Padilla is currently based in San Antonio, Texas. He continues conducting clinics and performing at Jazz Festivals and special events throughout the world.</p>
<p>Featured soloists include Toro Flores on vibes, violinist Jonathan Raveneau, and Richard Oppenheim on alto sax.</p>
<p>Isis "The Voice" makes a special guest appearance.</p>
