Popular farm to pizza eatery Stella Public House will host a special four-course beer pairing dinner on Thursday, October 26 that will showcase selections from California’s award-winning Stone Brewing. The event will feature a unique menu and pairing for each course created by Stella Public House executive chef Alex Dayoc.
The just-revealed menu for this one-of-a-kind event is as follows:
Course One: Stone Ripper paired with Smoked Rockefeller Scallop | bruschetta, micro cilantro
Course Two: Vengeful Spirit IPA paired with Grilled Duck Teriyaki Skewers Course Three: Dr. FrankenStone’s Monster IIPA paired with Pork Tenderloin and Grilled Apple Pizza | rosemary goat cheese, Grana Padano
Course Four: Xocoveza paired with Chocolate-hazelnut Bread Pudding | vanilla ice cream, Xocoveza chocolate reduction
