Film Friday @ Blue Star Contemporary

There’s no lack of unique and family friendly events at Blue Star Arts Complex this summer. Blue Star Contemporary’s Film Friday is the perfect way to spend a (cool) few afternoon hours indoors. A compliment to BSC’s current exhibition Augmented Reality, the film WALL-E has been selected for this week’s Film Friday on June 16, 2017 from 4-6pm. Arrive early, view the exhibitions and see what connections you can make between the themes and environments.

Film description:

WALL-E depicts an alternate future in the year 2805, a future where the Earth is overtaken by trash and humans are living on a mothership called the AXIOM. What happens to our planet and mankind when the reliance on an automated lifestyle goes to the extreme? Can Earth be restored with the help of WALL-E and EVE?
